1. Technical Requirements

Domain: Specify the desired domain name (yourbrand.pollaya.com or yourbrand.com).

Admin Email: Provide the email address of the platform administrator.

Contact Link: Share the link that will be used for the contact button so users can reach out to you.

2. Choose Your Color Palette:

Customize the look and feel of your platform by selecting the color palette that best matches your brand’s style. Let your brand shine!

Logo Header: 800 px wide, preferably in PNG format.

This will be the logo displayed at the top of all internal pages of the platform and should be horizontally oriented.

Tagline or Slogan: A short phrase to support your logo on the login page.

You can send us a short phrase to accompany your logo. This may include a title and a brief description.

3. Custom Trivia

Enhance your users’ experience with daily trivia. Offer questions that reinforce concepts related to your company. When you acquire the platform, our team will provide you with a default football-themed trivia matrix — but you can fully customize it to reflect your brand.

4. Tailor the Platform to Your Needs

Custom Data Collection:

At the end of the tournament, we’ll deliver the user database collected through the platform. You can customize the information you wish to collect. In addition to name and email, you may include fields such as:

City / Country

Phone number

Address

Age

Gender

Create your custom list in a Word file titled Data List and send it along with the rest of your files. Adapt the platform to your needs!

Custom Data Policy:

Provide us with your own privacy policy and personal data handling guidelines to ensure the platform fully aligns with your company’s standards and values. You can send the document in PDF or Word format, or simply share a direct link to your privacy policy page. We adapt to your requirements.
