1. Technical Requirements

Domain: Specify the chosen domain name (yourbrand.pollaya.com or yourbrand.com).

Digital Certificates: Ensure you have the necessary digital certificates.

Available only for the White Label Platform!

Admin Email: Provide the administrator’s email.

2. General Customization

Platform Colors: Provide a color palette adapted to your brand.

Primary: This is the dominant color of your brand, intended for most buttons.
Secondary: Used for subtitles, highlighted texts, and hyperlinks.
Complementary: Used to emphasize messages or as background in the menu.
Dark: Applied for headers and alert messages.
5 shades of gray: Used for various blocks in the platform interface.

Logo Header: 800 px wide, preferably in PNG format.

This will be the logo that always appears at the top of the platform’s internal pages, and should be in a horizontal layout.

Footer: 1200×207 px, jpg or png.

This will be the static graphic that appears at the bottom of the platform’s internal pages.

3. Login Page Customization

Once you acquire the platform, the administrator will be able to configure all these elements once it’s enabled.

Background Image: 1024×729 px, jpg or png.

The design should respect reserved areas for the logo and avoid photographs, illustrations, or text.

Mobile Background Image: 600×900 px, jpg or png.

This image is optional; the design should respect reserved areas.

Support Image: Minimum size 680×680 px.

It may contain promotional text and images. This image will adapt based on the platform’s responsiveness.

Logo: Preferably in PNG format (min. 1000×1000 px).

4. Customizable Trivia

During the tournament, users will encounter trivia questions on match days, with multiple-choice answers. Correct answers earn points. By default, the questions are football-related, but you have the option to customize them.

When you receive the platform, you must select the trivia customization option during the setup phase. Our team will then contact you to provide the template and instructions for customization.

Trivia is a great tool to reinforce concepts related to your company or brand.

5. Additional Configurations

Custom Pop-up Modals

Modals are a powerful tool within our corporate platforms. They can help you reinforce campaign messages, promote your brand or collaborators, and share any important information directly with your users.

Custom Data Collection List

At the end of the tournament, you’ll receive the user database collected through the platform. By default, we collect each user’s name and email address. However, you can request additional fields by sending us a list of the data you want users to submit during registration, such as:

City / Country

Phone number

Address

Age

Gender

Create this list in a Word document titled data list and send it along with the rest of your files.

Data Policy

Pollaya has its own data policy available as a reference. However, for your platform, we kindly ask you to send us your own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Policy. Format: PDF, Word file, or link to your website.

6. Game Mechanics

You can use Pollaya’s game mechanics as a starting point to create your own dynamic, but keep in mind that the rules of the platform are entirely up to you—you are the sole guarantor and administrator of those rules. We recommend customizing them to fit the dynamic you’ve chosen and the specific rules you plan to implement.
